When will my watch arrive?

You will receive an estimated delivery date in your order confirmation, so please start by double-checking there. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via text message or email that will allow you to follow the shipment all the way. If the estimated arrival date has passed and you have not received your package, please contact us.

How do I start my watch?

If you have ordered an automatic watch, you need to wind it to start ticking. Since it is powered by movement, it will then keep ticking as long as you use it regularly.

How do I change the time/date?

  • Unscrew the crown: Turn the crown counterclockwise to release it.
  • Manual winding: If the watch has stopped, turn the crown approximately 20 turns to start it again.
  • Date: Pull the crown out to the first position to set the date.
  • Time: Pull the crown out to the second position to adjust the time.
